Well, there is so much to say. I inadvertently gave the wrong address, got it from somewhere else. Also did not know that the City of Hope does NOT allow fresh flowers. Bummer. But I have to say that I have had the best ever customer service from Rancho Duarte Florist. They remade the bouquet with silk flowers and re-attempted the delivery, and the woman who we were sending them to received them as she was about to leave the hospital to go home to recuperate...and she was THRILLED with the happy bouquet and the balloon.
Can't say enough. Thank you a 1,000 times over. You made a very sick woman very happy. And she called me the next day and cried.
