We live on the Gulf of Mexico and had a relative admitted to a Cancer Research Center where this florist is located. Naturally we wanted to send something to boost her outlook for the future. But we were a fish out of water here and turned to FTD thinking they would be the easiest option. Wrong! Not only was the order cancelled, but it took forever to get a straight answer as to the fix. At the end of the day I was told I would have to choose an arrangement that could be delivered in a box by FEDEX/UPS. Uh, no thank you! In a panic I chose this florist from their website and prayed for the best. Well not too long after placing the order and was informed that our relative could not receive fresh flowers. Well given the gravity of the situation that only made sense. Again, what to do? Well the very nice lady at the store suggested the perfect replacement. I trusted their expertise and went with it. Man! Our relative called us as soon as she got the silk flower arrangement chosen by this florist -- delivered same day, not 2 hours later! She was over the moon as to how beautiful this arrangement was and tried to compliment me on my good taste. Well I would like to take the credit, but I can't be phony like that! This Florist is on point! What a class act! They took a stressful situation and lovingly took control with excellent customer care! I can't thank them enough!

The delivery was a success and my co worker was brought to tears with the beautiful arrangement. I have used Rancho Duarte Florist in the past and I am never disappointed. Thank you for being part of so many special days.
